The exhibition schedule for VIFA EXPO 2027, known as the “weathervane” of Vietnam’s furniture industry, has been officially released. Scheduled from February 26 to March 1, 2027, the show will run simultaneously at the WTC and SKY venues in Ho Chi Minh City. Registration and matchmaking are now open for furniture and home furnishing suppliers.

As Vietnam’s earliest-established and largest export-focused professional furniture exhibition, VIFA EXPO has successfully hosted 17 editions since its debut in 2008. It is also a core member of the Asian Furniture Federation, holding a key position in the furniture trade landscape across Southeast Asia and worldwide. Leveraging Vietnam’s well-developed furniture manufacturing clusters, the expo serves as a critical gateway for global buyers to source quality Vietnamese supply chains. It also provides an outstanding business platform for domestic furniture and home décor manufacturers to connect with overseas buyers and expand export channels.
Continuing its dual-venue format, this edition spans 51,000 sq.m with expanded exhibition capacity. It is expected to welcome professional buyers from 110 countries and regions globally. To streamline buyer-supplier matching, the organizer offers a full suite of exclusive business services: VIP Buyer Support Program, on-site factory tours, industry seminars, and one-on-one targeted business meetings, forming an end-to-end service ecosystem covering exhibition participation, visiting, and in-depth industrial inspections. Union Wood, one of the large modern cabinet manufacturers based in Vietnam, warmly welcomes all buyers to visit our booth.

The VIP Buyer Program features attractive benefits. Qualified buyers are entitled to two complimentary nights of accommodation, airport transfers, inter-venue shuttle buses, plus an exclusive 30%–50% discount at partner hotels. Factory tour routes cover major furniture industrial zones including Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong, enabling overseas buyers to assess local production capabilities firsthand and complete the sourcing journey from sample review to factory verification. Concurrent industry forums will focus on trending furniture designs, overseas export regulations, and the adoption of eco-friendly new materials, delivering cutting-edge market intelligence to industry practitioners.
Exhibits span the entire home furnishing supply chain to meet diversified sourcing demands:

Unlike ordinary trade fairs, VIFA EXPO is strategically positioned around export trade. It goes beyond static product displays and prioritizes building long-term, stable foreign trade partnerships. For cabinet makers, custom furniture manufacturers and home décor suppliers aiming to enter the North American, Southeast Asian and European markets, this expo offers direct access to international buyers. Participants can capitalize on the advantages of Vietnam’s manufacturing sector and unlock new export growth opportunities.
