To-Door Delivery Service

We provide to-door delivery service for large-scale projects involving kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and bedroom wardrobes. This refers to a full-chain integrated transportation solution covering the entire journey from our Vietnam-based factory directly to the construction site or designated warehouse of the consignee.

You just send us the orders, and we handle all of the remaining.

Products Production in our Vietnam factory => Sea Shipping to the U.S. destination seaports => Import Customs Clearance in the U.S. => Inland Delivery to Clients’ Warehouses or Jobsites.

Lead Time for Production

• For wholesale cabinets in standard sizes: the delivery lead time is generally within 45 days.
• For large-scale custom-sized cabinets: the delivery lead time is generally within 60 days.

Shipping Time to USA:

• West Coast: about 25-30 days;
• East Coast, Texas, Florida : about 35-45 days.

Complete Procedure for Custom Projects

The operation is divided into three major stages: preliminary preparation, mid-term production, and final delivery. The whole process is traceable, supported by our to-door delivery service.

1. Preliminary Preparation: Demand Confirmation + Documentation / Cargo Preparation

• Demand Communication:  Buyers clarify their requirements, and we provide professional kitchen solutions, including recommendations on cabinet specifications, materials, hardware, countertops & sinks if needed from us, etc. After confirming the quantity and style of cabinets, we will further obtain information such as the destination port/address, project schedule.
• Quotation & Proposal: Once the buyers confirm the solutions, Union Wood will calculate the full cost (including freight and customs duties), specify the transportation method and estimated lead time, and provide a detailed cost breakdown. A service contract will be signed after mutual confirmation. Discounts are available for long-term cooperative project orders under a long-term agreement.

2.Mid-term Production

Cabinets of specified specifications are manufactured according to the confirmed drawings. RTA cabinets that pass strict quality inspections are packaged — each cabinet set is packed individually. Before loading, the quantity and specifications of the goods will be verified, photos will be taken and provided to buyers for review, followed by container loading and sealing.

3.Final Delivery

a) Sea Shipping -Union Wood will arrange the sea shipping to buyers’ destination port, providing different shipping options based on the time and cost. Relevant information is recorded during cargo transportation, the buyers can track the cargo status in real time. 

b) Once the containers are close to the U.S. destination sea ports, Union Wood logistics team will arrange the import clearance.

c) After the containers cleared, Union Wood will arrange the delivery to buyers’ warehouse or jobsites. Buyers will be noticed by calling before delivery to connect the pickup smoothly.

d) The buyers inspect the quantity, specifications, and packaging integrity on site, signs off for confirmation after verifying no damage or shortage, completing the entire to door delivery. If any damage or shortage is found, photos may be taken on site for record, and we shall bear the liability for compensation in accordance with the contract.
