45-60 daysThe plywood bathroom vanities that have undergone a painting process form a waterproof coating, which provides excellent water resistance. This effectively extends the service life of the bathroom vanities. Additionally, they are very easy to clean in daily use—for bathroom vanities that are used frequently, this saves a significant amount of time.
At Union Woods, the paint finish of the plywood bathroom vanities we supply comes with quality assurance. We use bathroom-specific waterproof paint for the coating. For hardware components, we adopt hidden soft-close hinges—both features contribute greatly to prolonging the service life of the bathroom vanities.
Painted bathroom vanities offer a wide range of color options, and different colors create distinct visual impressions. You can select a color that matches the style of your bathroom. We provide various series of bathroom vanities precisely to meet your diverse needs.
Among our popular bathroom vanity series, there are both floating vanities and floor-standing vanities. You can choose plywood as the material, which helps reduce costs without compromising quality. For modern-style bathrooms, the ROMAN COLLECTION and ROSE COLLECTION are ideal choices; if you prefer a vintage style, the DUKE COLLECTION and MORA COLLECTION are recommended.
You can get a feel for the spray painting production line in our factory. Operated by professional technicians, it leaves no detail overlooked, and every step is carried out in an orderly manner. After the plywood painting is completed, quality inspectors will also conduct checks to ensure that the bathroom vanities we supply meet the requirements.

Side Paint Spraying Operation Process
The painting process is mainly assisted by manual labor, and advanced machines are used for side painting to ensure that every part of the plywood is evenly coated with paint.
1. Place the cabinet doors that have been assembled and surface-pretreated neatly on the conveyor platform of the painting machine in accordance with the principles of same direction and even spacing.
2. The fixed cabinet doors are painted as the machine rolls.
3. Finally, unload the cabinet doors with painted sides and send them to a constant-temperature drying room. Through low-temperature baking, the paint film is quickly cured, which enhances the adhesion between the paint and the plywood and prevents paint peeling during subsequent handling.
Customization Service for Bathroom Vanities
In addition to choosing plywood or MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard) for the board material, and selecting either spray painting or UV coating for the surface finish, you can also customize the structure of the bathroom vanity. We recommend vanity structures tailored to different scenarios:
Hotels
A combination of drawers and open cabinets is ideal. Since hotel guests typically do not stay for long periods, they do not need to store a large number of toiletries—two layers of drawers are sufficient. Moreover, convenience is a top priority for hotel stays, so open drawer cabinets are provided for storing frequently used items. This structure is highly practical.
Resorts
A large-drawer plywood bathroom vanity with a partitioned design is suitable. Guests staying at resorts seek a quiet, slow-paced lifestyle and have relatively simple requirements for vanities: sufficient storage space is the key need. As they may stay for an extended period, closed storage spaces are more appropriate. Therefore, a drawer-based structure is the rational choice.
Selection of Bathroom Vanity Sinks
For the quality-assured plywood bathroom vanity painting we supply, ceramic basins are generally the preferred choice for sinks. You can opt for either double-basin or single-basin bathroom vanities, and we also support the installation of ceramic basins in different sizes.
Among our quality-assured painted plywood bathroom vanities, square ceramic basins and oval ceramic basins are popular choices, both of which boast an elegant appearance.
There is a wide range of sink sizes available. We will also take your bathroom space into account to select the most suitable size, so you don’t need to worry about this at all.
